Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds for reference sessions, written research briefs, and group workshops booked through Solana Staking Reference Ltd.

Reference sessions

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund; rescheduling subject to a £15 administrative fee
• No-show: no refund

Cancellation by us

If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules incur a £15 administrative fee.

Written research briefs

Before work begins

If you cancel after paying a deposit but before we begin research, the deposit is refunded in full minus a £10 administrative fee.

After work begins

Once research has started, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you will be charged for work completed to date based on the agreed scope.

Delivery

If we fail to deliver a brief within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by incomplete information from you), you may request a full refund of the remaining balance.

Group workshops

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: full refund
• Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days before: no refund
• If we cancel a workshop: full refund or transfer to the next available date

Payment disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact hello@content-sequoiacore.click within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Sessions already delivered (including those that ran shorter than the booked duration)
• Written briefs already delivered
• Administrative fees for late rescheduling or no-shows
• Sessions where you shared insufficient information to prepare, after we notified you of the gap

Deposits

Written brief deposits are 50% of the quoted fee. Session fees are payable in full before the session date. Deposits for written briefs follow the cancellation rules above.

Exceptions

In cases of serious illness or bereavement, contact us to discuss options. We handle these situations individually and may offer rescheduling beyond the standard policy.
